He is survived by: his son James Calvin Cody-Speight of Statesboro, GA.; his close friend Barbara Eason Cone of Brooklet, GA.; his siblings, Marine Cody of Statesboro, GA, Betty Cody of Statesboro, GA, Annie Cody of Statesboro, GA, Pauline Cody of Statesboro, GA, Carrie Cody of Statesboro, GA, Mary Blount (Rachel Cody) of Statesboro, GA, Floyd Cody Jr. (Lavon) of Statesboro, GA., Larry Cody (Annette) of Brooklet, GA. and Bobby Cody (Debra) of Statesboro, GA.; his aunts, Helen Moss, Frances Johnson (Eugene) of Statesboro, GA. and Georgia Heyward of Hollywood; and his uncle Frank Walker Jr. (Mary) of Hollywood, FL.. He is also survived by Three grandchildren, two great grands, several nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
