He was predeceased by : his parents, Robert Lee Pughsley, Jr. and Kathleen Burgstiner Pughsley; and his brothers, Lowell and Wayne. He is survived by : his siblings, Dale Pughsley (Barbara), Jeff Zions (Patti), Lee, Adrienne, Sharon and Gail. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
