He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles William Randall and Sue Strickland Randall. He is survived by: his wife Theresa Watson Randall; his children, Christopher Randall (Amy), Jennifer Sass (Ron) and Shannon Ulmer; and his brother Charles Randall. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, two great-grandchildren.

The family requests that memorial contributions be made to Upper Black Creek Primitive Baptist Church 2925 Mud Road, Brooklet, GA 30415.
