He is survived by: his wife Dori Jones; his son Garrett Ray Jones; his stepchildren, Rachael Brown (Donald) and Thomas Schmidt; his granddaughters, Abigail Brown and Zoey Wood; his parents, Bobby Joe and Shirley McAlister; and his siblings, Bobby Joe McAlister, Jr. and Missy Darity.
