She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel J. Foss and Katie NeSmith Foss; her husband Robert Carroll Miller; her brother Thomas Foss; and her grandsons, Wes Hill and Jason Capito.
She is survived by: her sister Faye Foss Jeffery; her children, Greg Miller (Eryn), Gaye Hill (Juan) and Gwen Stephens (Lee); and her grandchildren, Jennifer Capito, Justin Miller (Debbie), Haley Brannen (Jason) and Whitney Van Atta. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 5th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 3:00 PM at the Upper Black Creek Primitive Baptist Church (2925 Mud Rd, Brooklet, GA 30415). A memorial service was held on Sunday, January 5th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the same location.
