She was predeceased by: her parents, John Cecil and Thelma Keel Rushing; and her husband Lee Roy Cook, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Patricia McNeal (Bill) of Savannah, Dennis Cook (Paula) of Ellabell and Teresa Lassiter (Chief) of Birmingham; and her grandchildren, Christina McNeal of Savannah, Georgia, Will McNeal (Whitney) of Mount Pleasant, Harrison Cook of Ellabell, Katherine Lassiter Cherukuri (Chandu) of Birmingham and Anna Lassiter of Memphis.
