He is survived by: his son Gerald; his daughter-in-law Stephanie Ward of Brooklet; his daughter Rebecca; his son-in-law Tom Howe of Savannah; his grandchildren, Terry Ward, Meagan Fernandez, Cory Ward, Kyndal, Jamie Mixon, Kyle Howe, Michelle Howe and Rocco Howe-Esquivel; his great grandchildren, Hailey and Riley Mixon; and his sister Betty "Frankie" Waine. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
