He is survived by: his mother Rachel Kendra (Shawn Sr.) of South Branch, MI; his significant other CarrolAnn Wilson of Brooklet; his siblings, Alexa Kendra, Justin Head, Joshua Head and Shawn Kendra, Jr.; and his grandparents, Josephine Keen (Terry) of Michigan and Sammy Head, Sr. of Tennessee. He is also survived by his family and friends.
