He was predeceased by: his parents, Hoke Smith and Fannie Loyd Hayes (Akins). He is survived by: his sister-in-law Connie Hayes; and his nieces, Monique Morris (Shawn), Stacy Bowe (Michael), Tara Hayes Knight and Regan Hayes.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Upper Black Creek Primitive Baptist Church (2925 Mud Rd, Brooklet, GA 30415). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Final Resting Place Upper Black Creek Primitive Baptist Church (2925 Mud Rd, Brooklet, GA 30415).
