It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Harry Peter Gelis of Brooklet, Georgia, who passed away on September 25, 2020, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George Gelis and Jennie Gelis; and his nephew John Neubert. He is survived by: his daughters, Heather Jones (Michael) of Jesup, GA, Melody Horton (Donald) of Statesboro, GA and Sarah (Kyle Statia) of Washington State; his former wife Tammie Gelis of Jesup, GA; his sister Kathy Neubert (Edward) of Statesboro, GA; and his niece Laura Moore of Sylvania, GA.. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren.
