She was predeceased by: her siblings, Marie Starks Robinson, Maxine Starks Jordan (Dip), Beatrice Starks Green, Napoleon Starks (Buddy) and Martin Starks; and her children, Willie Mae Hall (Bogan), Jesse Rogers Jackson and Cora Belle Myers.
She is survived by: her spouse Bennie Jackson; her children, Marvin Starks (Joann) of Dawson, GA, Bettye Palmer (Michael) of Clarkston, TN and India Smith (Stevie) of Dawson, GA; and her close friend Christine Rhyme. She is also survived by 35 grandchildren; 50 great-grandchildren;12 great-great-grandchildren.
