He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnny Barkley Ware, Jr. and Helen Newman Ware; and his brother Larry Ware. He is survived by: his wife Della Frances Ivy Ware of Waycross; his children, Douglas Keith Ware, Sr. (Jan) of Mershon, Diane Ware Ewing (Gary) of Hickory, NC and Craig Barkley Ware (Sun Ok) of Aurora, CO; his grandchildren, Keith Ware, Jr., Wesley Ware, Cameron Ewing, Landon Ewing, Alicia Phillips and Brandon Ware; his great grandchildren, Joshua Phillips, Jacob Phillips, Nicco Ware, Delila Ware, Weston Ware and Kilian Ewing; and his siblings, Jimmy Ware (Rita) and Carol Elliott (Bob). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
