Woody was predeceased by: parents, Isaac Osma and Ruby Faye Black Rice. Woody is survived by: children, Ashley Grimsley (Ben) of Weston, Heidi Breeden (Matt) of Leesburg, Ken Rice (Letitia) of Albany and Mickey Rice (Molly) of Shellman; and grandchildren, Hayden Rice, Tyler Rice, Chandler Rice, Gracen Rice, Gabriel Rice, Garison Rice, Bo Grimsley, Sutton Grimsley, Levi Grimsley, Presley Breeden and Noah Breeden.
