He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Jesse Hampton, Sr. and Lois Maxine Ray Hampton; his daughters, Kaley Alysse Rose Hampton and Jayme Elaine Hampton; and his siblings, William Jesse Hampton, Jr. (Sandy Kitterman Hampton), Ronald Duane Hampton (Judy Wann Hampton), Darlene Arlene Hampton Combs (Floyd Combs), Peggy Hampton Honeycutt, Marlene Irene Hampton Hall, Roamey Maynard Hampton and Daniel Steven Hampton. He was also cherished by five grandchildren, one great grandchild, and numerous nieces, great nieces, nephews and great nephews.
