He was predeceased by: his parents, Wesley Middleton Powell, Sr. and Betty Marie Alderman Powell; and his brothers, Russell and Randy Powell. He is survived by: his wife Belinda A. Powell; his children, Davelyne Hines (Chris) of Thomasville, Georgia, Justin Green of Oro Valley, Kayla Hayes (Jason) of Bainbridge, Nicholas Green (Elizabeth) of Buford and Aubrey Powell (Aubrey Lynn) of Bainbridge; his grandchildren, Ashton Hines of Thomasville, Steele, Knox, Presley Hayes of Bainbridge, River and Haislee Powell of Bainbridge; and his siblings, Wesley Powell (Kriss) of Bainbridge, Tina Richardson (Phillip) of Bainbridge and Tammy Deal (Darren) of Bainbridge. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
