He was predeceased by: his parents, Oral Goodwin and Dora Merkison Goodwin; his wife Jeaneva McDowell Goodwin; and his sons, Darrell Goodwin and Stacy Goodwin.
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Matthew Goodwin of Alaska, Jason Goodwin of Albany, GA and Heather Goodwin of Albany, GA; and his cousins, Larry Harrell of Brinson, GA, Nora Day of Bainbridge, GA, Joy Cook of Bainbridge, GA and Karen Brown of Brinson, GA.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, December 30th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Calvary Assembly of God Cemetery (3606 Spring Creek Rd, Brinson, GA 39825).
