As we bid Max Spruell farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Max Spruell is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Pearl Summerville Goldin and Jim Stewart Goldin; and his siblings, Jane Goldin Townsend and Don Goldin. He is survived by: his wife Delores Bailey Goldin; his children, Craig Goldin (Dee) of Alabama, Suzanne Purser (Mark) of Bremen and Amy Norton of Carrollton; his siblings, Janelle Morris of Bremen and Ellis Goldin of Centre, AL; and his grandson John Mark Purser (Hillary Bearden) of Bremen.

Visitation was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Hightower Funeral Home (318 Gordon St, Bremen, GA 30110). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Branham Hall - First United Methodist Church.
