He was predeceased by: his parents, Guy Henry Hembree and Essie Lorine White Hembree; and his grandson Alan Guy Hembree. He is survived by: his wife Ann Easterwood Hembree; his sons, Larry Guy "Chip" Hembree, Jr. (Misty), Rodney Brian Hembree (Jodi) and David Alan Hembree; his sister Jacqueline Deen; and his grandchildren, Rhett Hembree (Makaela Ware), Ryan Hembree, Hanna Hembree, Haylee Hembree, Allison Hembree, Hadleigh Hembree and Harrison Hembree.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 2:00 PM at the Branham Hall - First United Methodist Church. A funeral service was held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Branham Hall.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Bremen First Methodist Church.
