He was predeceased by: his parents, Orville James Capps and Moselle Madeline Clair Capps; his wife Patricia Clements Capps; and his sister Madeline Allen. He is survived by: his children, Chris Capps (Lindsay) of Bremen and Courtney Schlemmer (Mead) of Atlanta. He is also survived by three grandchildren.
