With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of April Dawn Carroll of Bremen, Georgia, born in Rome, Georgia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 15, 2024 at the age of 57. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Robert Ploof and Beatrice Lucille Swafford Ploof; her former husband Alan Poteet; her husband David Carroll; and her siblings, Tammy Ploof and Eddie Hart.
She is survived by: her children, Lee Poteet (Cora) of Buchanan, Sara Tittle of Temple and Brandon Carroll of Buchanan; her siblings, Rena Maner (David) of Bremen, Cathy Bentley of Georgia, Robert Ploof of Bremen and Randy Ploof of Bremen; her grandchildren, Autumn Poteet, Daniel Poteet, Donald Poteet and River Bissell; and her great grandchild Korrie McGuire. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
The family respectfully requests that in lieu of flowers that donations be made to help cover her funeral expenses.
