He was predeceased by: his parents, Alton Meeks, Sr. and Marion Lyons Meeks; his wife Wympy; his son Tom Jr.; his siblings, Alton Jr. and Pat; and his brother-in-law Johnnie Rich.
He is survived by: his brother Danny Meeks (Etta); his daughters, Kathy Cook (Russell) and Janet Derbridge (Gary); his grandchildren, Amy Walker (Ben), Amanda Couch (Trey), Cam Cook (Leah) and Spencer Cook; his stepgrandson Michael Derbridge; his great grandchildren, Makayla, Brayden Couch, Payton, Jackson Walker, Silas, Jonas and Molli Cook; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Kaden and Avery Derbridge.
Memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital which was very special to him.
