He is survived by: his wife Patricia Puckett of Braselton; his children, Daniel Puckett (Lynette) of Taneytown, MD, Brian Puckett (Nicole) of Glen Rock, PA, Timothy Puckett (Nicolette) of Atlanta and Michelle Puckett of Smyrna; and his siblings, James Puckett of Westminster, MD, Christine Akins, Theda Brann of Kinsale, VA and Marsha Smith.
