She was predeceased by: her parents, John Smith and Sallie Dickerson Smith Jr.; her husband Harold Wayman Bennett; her granddaughter Lauren Dickson; and her brother Jerry Smith.
She is survived by: her daughters, Vickie Stewart (Steve) of Braselton and Martha Bennett of Braselton; her grandchildren, Heather Hosch, Gregory Stewart, John Dickson III and Callie Dickson; her great grandchildren, Natalie Behles, Naomi Hosch, Avery Hosch, Audrey Hosch, Jalen Dickson, Eve Dickson, Maci Reed and Asa Edwards; her grandchild Loganville; and her brother Don Smith (Vernette) of Monroe. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
