He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Victor and Mary Agnes Jerardi; and his wife Mary Maxine Jerardi. He is survived by: his children, Kelly, Kevin Lanford of Orange Beach, Kerry and Mary O'Sullivan of Hadley Massachusetts; his grandchildren, Nick, Cole, Koren, Kayden and Kellen; and his brothers, Joe Jerardi of Cincinnati, Tom Jerardi of Columbia and Dick Jerardi of Yardley, Pennsylvania..
