With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of JoAlice Patterson of Braselton, Georgia, born in Macon, Georgia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 1, 2024 at the age of 65. She was predeceased by: her parents, Judge William Joseph Patterson, Jr. and Alice Pauline Justice Patterson; and her cousin Melvin "Chip" Yates, Jr. (Cavalier King Charles Spaniels). She is survived by: her son Patrick Joseph Welton of Lawrenceville, Georgia.; her significant other Steven Tisma of Braselton, Georgia; her godchildren, Jon Tisma of Miramar Beach and Kari Tisma of Wartrace, Tennessee; and her cousins, Melvin "Trey" Yates, III of Macon, Allison Yates of Macon, Beverly Mangrum of Warner Robins and Ruth Story Holt of Marietta, Georgia.
