He is survived by: his wife JoAnn Bush James of Braselton, GA; and his children, Rick (Alynoa), Ron James (Connie) of Loganville, GA, Rene Phillips (Sam) of Braselton, GA, Rhonda Payne (Tom) of Baton Rouge, LA and Rebecca James of Cumming, GA.. He is also survived by Thirteen grandchildren, nine great grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
