He was predeceased by: his parents, Lundy Nichols and Bertha Walsh Nichols; and his daughter Julie Nicole Nichols. He is survived by: his granddaughters, LeMans and Racing; his wife Nancy Turk Nichols of Braselton; his daughter Emily Nichols; his granddaughters, Faith Vickers and Ava Collins; his sister Wilma; and his brother-in-law Edsel Clate of Moravian Falls, NC. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
