She was predeceased by: her husband Dwight Curl; her sons, Mike Curl and Tim Curl; and her parents, Francis Forest Poling and Juanita Eileen Layman Poling.

She is survived by: her daughter Gwen Curl Housworth; her children-in-law, Rusty Housworth of Braselton, GA, Donna Curl Spackman (Phil) of Big Canoe, GA and Julie Curl of Marietta, GA; her grandchildren, Ashley Johnston (Mark) of Dacula, GA, Heather Rutherford (Mike) of Bogart, GA, Beth Kline (Mike) of Richmond Hill, Matt Curl (Brittany) of Milton, GA, Neal Housworth (Caitlyn) of Cumming, GA and Melissa Albert (Stewart) of Buford, GA; her sister Terry Lines (Richard) of Crown Point; and her friend Gary Duke (Vicki) of Loganville, GA. She is also survived by her family and friends.
