He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Palmer and Katie Mae Palmer (Welch); his sons, Billy Ray Palmer and Randall Keith Palmer; and his siblings, Evelyn Palmer, Fannie Ramey, Frankie Porter, Flonna Williams, Ervin Palmer and Fred Palmer.
He is survived by: his wife Annie Ruby Marie Palmer (Gearin) of Braselton; his daughter Dianne Lautzenheiser (Jeffrey) of Braselton; his adoptive son Ricky Gooch of Braselton; his grandchildren, Matthew Lautzenheiser of Braselton, Brian Lautzenheiser of Braselton, Johnny Palmer of Braselton, Michael Riddle of Hoschton, Timmy Palmer of Bowersville, Joseph Palmer of Ardmore Ok, Hunter, Tristan, Alana of Habersham, Georgia, Kala and Brayden Riddle of Hoschton; and his siblings, Leon Palmer, Kenneth Palmer of Cleveland Ga, Debbie Gearin of Wrens and Kay Hardy of Winder.
