He is survived by: his mother Anita Lunsford Duck of Braselton; his brother William Blake Duck (Kelli) of Gainesville; his nieces and nephews, Briley and Drake Duck; and his girlfriend Alexia Bates of Braselton.
Those attending services for Mr. Chad Howard Duck will be required to wear a mask and maintain safe social distancing.
