He was predeceased by: his parents, Hoyt Cash and Beatrice Berryman Cash; and his brother James Cash. He is survived by: his wife Dianne Hayes Cash; his children, Wayne Cash (Myra), Tim Cash, Alec Cash, Adam Cash and Betsy Hovey (Jason); his stepchildren, Donnis Matthews and Debbie Mayfield (Mike); his grandchildren, Corbin Cash (Jordan), Lauryn Cash, Courtney Cash, Jake Kingery and Jackson Parr; his great grandchild Olivia; his stepgrandchildren, Brandon Beeco (Alex), Madison Jaramillo (Paul), Connor Mayfield and Chandler Mayfield; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Aria and Michael; his brother Larry Cash (Joyce); and his sister-in-law Mary Cash.
