She is survived by: her child Jerry Lewis; her sister Joy Lynn Dunn of Mauk, GA; her half-brothers, David Williams of Frankfort, IN, Scott Williams of Frankfort, IN and Gary Williams of Frankfort, IN; and also Muscular Dystrophy. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
