He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Andrews and Clara Bell Wood Andrews. He is survived by: his wife Dipper; his daughter Rita; his son-in-law Martin Williams of Elberton; his grandchildren, Andy, Haley Williams of Guyton, Marti and Nathan Wiles of Elberton; his great grandchildren, Levi Wiles, Jake Wiles, Elizabeth Wiles, Audrey Williams and Weston Robert Williams; and his siblings, Fay, G. F. Massey of Winterville, Reba Patenella of Rogers, AR, Edward and Nancy Raines of Arnoldsville. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
