She is survived by: her father Charles Herring of Hartwell, GA; her husband Jeff Phillips; and her children, Stuart (Amy Bennett), Jeromy Holmes of Lavonia, GA and Tiffany Goodson of Lavonia, GA. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
