She was predeceased by: her husband Carl Lloyd "Buddy" Prince, Jr.; her father James Richard "Slim" Gilstrap; and her sister Lisa. She is survived by: her mother Edith Sue Poole Gilstrap; her children, Anderson, Tina, Scottie Smith of Martin and Amy Shaw; her stepchildren, Joseph Prince of Bowman, Amanda Yearwood of Royston, Ronald Prince of California, Kimberly and Woody Hamby of Lavonia; and her siblings, Jimmy, Pete, Ricky, Linda, Debra, Janet, Loretta and Jane. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; eight step-grandchildren; one step-great-grandchild; one great-grandchild on the way; and a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
Flowers are accepted and contributions may be made in her memory to the charity of one's choice.
