It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce Hunter (Bowman, Georgia), born in Athens, Georgia, who passed away on September 30, 2018, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parent Robert LeeRoy Turner; and her granddaughter Karissa Palmer. She is survived by: her parent Mattie Elizabeth Farmer Turner; her husband Raymond E. Hunter; her children, Allan and Janis Lynn Palmer (Gary Brinson); her granddaughter Keela Ainsworth (Nathan); and her sister-in-law Faye Brock (Brady). She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
