It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jerry Louis Blackwell (Bowman, Georgia), who passed away on December 16, 2019, at the age of 53, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Junior Blackwell and Lady B. McIntosh Blackwell. He is survived by: his wife Doris Natasha Hood Blackwell; his children, Jerrious Blackwell and Miracle Ty'Nasia Blackwell; his siblings, Robert, Oscar Blackwell, George Blackwell, Lisa Blackwell, Linda Blackwell and Gladys Burton; his mother-in-law Dorothy "Mama" Maxwell; his siblings-in-law, Melissa Hood, Tawanda Hood and Kevin Maxwell; and his nephew Calvin Blakely. He is also survived by three grandsons.
