He was predeceased by: his parents, George Dixon Rucker and Eva Pearl Bradford Rucker; and his brother Keith Rucker. He is survived by: his wife Tami Dianne Massey Rucker; his sons, William Jason Rucker (Dianna) of Bowman and Joshua Thomas Rucker of Bowman; his brother David Rucker (Casey) of Chester, SC; his sister-in-law Martha Fowler Rucker of Elberton; his grandsons, Kenneth Lee Moates and Austin Hunter Rucker; his parents-in-law, Billy and Sandra Massey of Bowman; his aunt Beth Harrison of Elberton; and his close friend Pete Scales.
