She was predeceased by: her parent John Emory Brown; and her brother Douglas Brown. She is survived by: her parent Cariene Elizabeth Scoggins Brown; her son Danny Smith; her daughter-in-law Debbie Smith of Bowman; her daughter Brenda Barger; her son-in-law Wayne Barger of Elberton; and her siblings, Rebecca Johnson, Deborah Bell, Linda Pless and Milford Brown. She is also survived by six grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
