He is survived by: his wife Susan Lee Bland Ross; and his children, Vincent Ross (Sherry) of Loganville, GA, Timothy Ross (Jean) of Jefferson, GA, Teresa Ross of Woodstock, GA and Kimberly Ellis (Eli) of Monroe, GA. He is also survived by ten grandchildren.
