He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Speer and Annie Lucille Rousey Partain; his wife Annie Lucille Wilder Partain; and his siblings, Jefferson Speer Partain, Coy Ward Partain, Melvin Pete Partain and Ardrath Bellew.
He is survived by: his children, Eugene (Laney Partain), Daniel (Tiffany Partain), Charlie (Lisa Partain), Manuel Partain (Glenn Partain), Melissa (Jason Boggs) and Glenda Fields (April Partain); his stepchildren, Marshall Boleman of Elberton and Annette Miller (Larry) of Central; and his sister Carolyn Dunn of Bowman. He is also survived by twenty-one grandchildren and 22 great grandchildren.
In light of the current restrictions due to COVID 19 and in order to protect the safety of everyone, there will be no visitation.
