He is survived by: his children, Vernon Phillip Williams of Dewy Rose, Jamie West of Tignall and Cindy West of Elberton; and his siblings, Verna Connor of Uvalda, Roger Williams of Elberton and Doyle Williams of Marble. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; and fifteen great-grandchildren.
