Phillips; her children, Ronnie Cantu of Hartwell, Chris Cantu of Hartwell, Christina Phillips of Hartwell and Shelby Thomas Phillips of Jefferson, GA; and her siblings, Leon Rowland of Orlando, FL, Louise Brown of Elberton, Diane Moore of Royston, Brenda Moore of Elberton and Nancy Moore of Dewy Rose. She is also survived by seventeen grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
