He was predeceased by: his parents, Doyle Merle Robinson and Faye Deering Robinson; his stepfather D. E. Griffin; his daughter Angie Robinson; his sisters, Joann Amason and Billie Jo Akins; and his son-in-law Ricky Whitman.
He is survived by: his wife Becky Robinson; his children, Sarah Robinson, Rita Tudor (Robert), Donna Waldrep (Dennis), Wanda Faulkner (Craig Newborn), Roger Faulkner (Bobbie) and Beverly Faulkner (Chris Garrett); and his siblings, Tina Hembree (Steve), Rita Daniel (Danny) and Darrell Griffin (Vicki). He is also survived by twenty grandchildren; forty-six great grandchildren; two great, great grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
