It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ralph Norton of Bowdon, Georgia, who passed away on April 17, 2023, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Norton and Emma Hilley Norton; his wife Berniece Brown Norton; his siblings, Carl Norton (Margaret) of Oxford, AL, Luther Norton (Shirley) of Minneapolis, MN and Inez Clayton (Wilson) of Alexander City, AL; and his siblings-in-law, Harold Kirby, Beaurel Brown, Grady Brown, Blake Parrish, Bernell B., Stanley Crawford and Savoy Brown.
He is survived by: his daughters, Debbie (Chris Pyles), Paula (Hollis Hall) and Pam (Wayne Ward); his sister Evelyn N. Kirby; his grandchildren, Jason, Julie Hall of Lilburn, Stefanie, Jamie Estep of Carrollton, Hudson Denney of Greenville, SC, Meg P. and Gene Perkins of Columbus, GA.; his great grandchildren, Caden, Sara Claire, Cohen Hall, Emerson Estep, Will, Tad, Hayes Denney, Hap and Alec Perkins; his siblings-in-law, Joyce Brown Parrish, Tommie Brown, Roger and Carol Brown; his niece Sharon C. Alford; and his granddaughter Amanda Denney (Malinda Hendrix).
Flowers will be accepted or memorial contributions may be donated to Bowdon Baptist Church.
