She was predeceased by: her husband Clyde "Arch" Akins; and her siblings, Frank Nunnelly and Carole Crutchfield. She is survived by: her children, Greg (Penny Akins) of Bowdon and Pam (Ray Sewell) of Bremen; her grandchildren, Scott (Jessica Akins), Tripp (Sarah Sewell), Callie Sewell and Ashley (Joshua Estep); her great grandchildren, Trey Akins, Lexi, Skylar, Addi, Gunner Estep and Caleb Sewell; and her caregiver Trinka Crutchfield. She is also survived by many other family members and friends.
