She is survived by: her husband Bobby Keith Lewis; her son Casey Burns (Hannah) of Bowdon, GA; her grandchildren, Caleb, Colesen, Ansleigh and Axton Burns; and her siblings, Kelly Pace (Terry), JJ Chance of Cumming, GA and Norris Chance of Temple, GA. She is also survived by nieces and nephews and dear friends.
