He is survived by: his wife Barbara Hand; his children, Darrell, Tammy Hand, Gail and Joe Scoggins; his grandchildren, Cory Hand, Zach (Macy Hand), Travis (Katie Scoggins) and Bobby Scoggins; and his siblings, Donald Hand, Linda and Billy Wayne Smith.
