He was predeceased by: his parents, James Thomas Cummings (Jimmy) and Bessie Lou Crews Cummings; his siblings, Sybil Cunningham, Catherine Huddleston, Rendal Cummings and Jimmie Lou White; and his granddaughter Misty Leigh Cummings.
He is survived by: his wife Margie Cummings; his children, Garrett Cummings (Barbara) of Bowdon, Stacey Cummings (Julene) of Bowdon and Vickie McEwen (Steve) of Bowdon; his grandchildren, Leigh Robinson, Michael Cummings (Kristi), Amy Montfort (Bill), Chris Cummings (Mandy), Jennifer Johnston (Jerome), Casey Pollard (Wes) and Kelly McEwen; his great grandchildren, Lyndsey Robinson, Lance Cummings, Ellen Parson (Jacob), Garrett Montfort, Sam Montfort, Judd Montfort, Carson Cummings, Connor Cummings, Colton Cummings, Julianna Johnston, Jake Johnston, Sadie Young (Drew), Laney Pollard and Tate Pollard; and his great great grandchildren, Ava Parson and Ivey Parson.
