She is survived by: her sons, Randy Julian Spruill and Ricky Dale Spruill; her grandchildren, Marty (Miranda Spruill), Mekia (Shane Womack), Cory (Season Spruill), Ricky, Jr. (Brittany Spruill), Trey Spruill and Stoney Lee Spruill; her siblings, Sybil Jackson, Goodwin Gravitt and George Gravitt; and her friend Maxine Davis. She is also survived by greatgrandchildren and two great-greatgrandchildren.
